Is your dog Insured?
If your dog is insured you might be able claim the fees. I am full member of the Canine & Feline Behaviour Association. Most pet insurance companies recognise full CFBA members for their high standard of work, and will allow their members to carry out behavioural modification on the dog under the existing policy.
Pet Insurance does not cover dog training.
It's recommended you contact your insurance provider in advance of booking a consultation to check the details of cover and or exceptions within their specific policy type.
If you prefer to contact me directly and wish to use your pet insurance I'll recommend you contact your vet to obtain a referral, either verbally or writting depending on the company your dog is insured with and their requirements - I'll recommend the best way to do this.
Your vet will subsequently receive a copy of the report for their perusal. If the behaviour presented is such it is felt a medical examination of the dog in question is relevant (to the exhibited behaviour problem) you'll be advised accordingly.
